An ongoing series of personal work exploring food as portraits. Stylistically, the pieces are inspired by an amalgam of sources: the fantastic food photography of Ryan Matthew Smith, Todd McLellan‘s deconstructed product and still life photography, and some of the more abstract beauty photography done for cosmetics companies. I hope to convey a little bit of whimsy and humor in what I consider a very serious endeavor: baking tasty desserts!
